Returns & Exchanges

We take great care in delivering high-quality products to our customers. However, please note the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

1. No Returns Policy

Once a purchase has been made, it cannot be returned under any circumstances. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

2. One-Time Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a one-time exchange under the following conditions:

  • The exchange request must be made within 7-10 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

3. Exchange for Wrong or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Incorrect in size, color, or design
  • Defective or damaged

You may request an exchange for the same product. If the requested item is unavailable, our team will provide alternative solutions.

4. Exchange Process & Shipping Costs

  • To initiate an exchange, contact our customer care team and provide your order details.
  • Our team will provide you with the return address where you need to send the item.
  • The shipping cost for returning the item will be borne by the customer.
  • Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange.

Additional Notes

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the returned item does not meet our quality standards.
  • Exchanges can only be made for the same product and cannot be switched for a different item.
